Trade Lanes Network

A vetted overseas agent in every market we book. Joint SOPs, shared visibility, one invoice — without the hand-offs that lose paperwork mid-transit.

Where we ship

We grew up moving Malaysian cargo. The rest of the world came later.

Alpinyx began as a small KL bureau handling clearance at KLIA Cargo Village. The clients stayed — and asked us to follow their cargo to Singapore, to Shenzhen, to Jebel Ali, and so on. Today we run a tightly held forwarder with a vetted agent in every major lane and a single coordinator on every file.

  • Licensed Malaysian customs brokers on staff (not outsourced).
  • Bonded warehouse at Pulau Indah, free-zone storage at KLIA Aeropolis.
  • FIATA-style SOP for hand-offs to overseas partners.
  • Quarterly lane reviews with our top 25 shippers.
More about our company
How a shipment moves with us

A four-step rhythm. No surprises in the middle.

Every booking, regardless of mode, follows the same operational arc — so you always know which step we are on.

Brief & quote

Share dimensions, value, Incoterms and timing. We confirm rate, route and any permit triggers within four working hours.

Booking & documents

We secure carrier space, draft Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, and reconcile commercial invoice, packing list and certificates.

Customs & carriage

Our in-house brokers file declarations and chase permits. We stay close to the carrier and feed you milestones, not silence.

Delivery & debrief

Last-mile transport, proof of delivery, and a written debrief of any incident or cost variance — useful for the next booking.

Why shippers stay with us

Fewer hand-offs. Honest paperwork. A phone number that picks up.

01 · ACCOUNTABILITY

One coordinator per file

The person who quoted your booking is the person who tracks it. No anonymous ticket queues; you always know who to call.

02 · PAPERWORK

Documents reviewed before they hit customs

We pre-check HS classification, country of origin and permit triggers. Mis-declarations get caught at our desk, not at the port.

03 · LOCAL ROOTS

We know the Malaysian terminal staff by name

A two-decade KL presence means we resolve port and customs hiccups face-to-face, not by email.

04 · VISIBILITY

Milestone updates, not status pages

You receive a written note at booking, departure, arrival, clearance and delivery — plus anything unexpected as it happens.

05 · INDEPENDENT

Carrier-neutral by design

We are not tied to a single shipping line or airline. Each booking is awarded on suitability, not loyalty rebates.

06 · CONTINUITY

Quarterly business reviews

For contracted shippers, we sit down each quarter to review lanes, claims, demurrage and what the next 90 days should look like.

Shipper voices

What the people who pay our invoices actually say.

★★★★★

"We moved 14 reefer containers of frozen durian to Hong Kong last Raya. Alpinyx held the temperature window on every leg and pre-cleared the paperwork. Not a single discount claim."

Rosli Talib Export Manager, Pahang Fruit Co-op
★★★★★

"They flagged an HS code mismatch on our injection-mould import before customs ever saw it. That call alone saved us a six-figure penalty and three weeks of demurrage."

Priya Vasudevan Supply Chain Lead, Selangor Polymers Sdn Bhd
★★★★★

"Three years of weekly air consolidations to Frankfurt and they have never lost a shipment. Their dispatcher answers WhatsApp at 11 pm during cut-off windows — that is unusually decent."

Jonas Treffler Procurement, Heimwerk GmbH
★★★★★

"For our turbine project at Lumut, they planned the JKR escort, the police permit, the night-time road closures and the heavy-lift crane all at once. Calm people. Useful in a project lead."

Visibility, without the buzzword

You see what we see — without logging into anything.

Our dispatch desk emails you each milestone in plain English. You do not need to learn a new portal, set up a password, or watch a 14-minute onboarding video. If you want vessel position or ETA on demand, message your coordinator and you have a screenshot in minutes.

  • Booking confirmation with vessel/flight and ETD/ETA.
  • Port-of-loading departure notice plus copy B/L or HAWB.
  • Arrival, customs lodgement, and clearance notices.
  • Proof of delivery PDF, signed by the receiving party.

Frequent questions

Six things shippers usually want to know first.

Which trade lanes does Alpinyx Logistics cover from Malaysia?

From Port Klang and KLIA, we operate weekly services to Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Manila, and Yangon, plus mainline routes to Greater China, Mumbai, Dubai, Rotterdam, and the US West Coast. Out-of-network routings are routinely arranged through our partner desks.

Can Alpinyx handle the Malaysian customs declaration?

Yes. Our in-house licensed brokers handle Form K1, K2, K8 and K9 declarations through SMK, manage permit liaison with MAQIS, SIRIM and DOSH, and represent shipments at Port Klang, Penang Port, Pasir Gudang and KLIA Cargo Village.

How quickly can a sea freight booking be confirmed?

Spot rates and sailing schedules are typically returned within four working hours. For repeat lanes, we hold rolling contracts so a booking can be confirmed on the same business day.

Do you move oversized and project cargo?

Yes — turbines, transformers, prefabricated modules, mining and oilfield equipment. We plan the route survey, escorts, JKR permits and craning, and we coordinate breakbulk or flat-rack sailings out of Port Klang and Pasir Gudang.

What does Alpinyx charge for storage at the bonded warehouse?

Our Pulau Indah bonded facility is billed in cubic metres per week, scaled by dwell time and handling. We share a written quotation against your declared SKU profile rather than a generic rate card — get in touch with your goods description for a tailored figure.

How do I get a shipping rate from Alpinyx?

Send origin, destination, Incoterm, cargo dimensions and weight via the rate request form. A coordinator will reply with options, transit time and an indicative all-in landed cost.

Ready to move something?

Tell us where the cargo is, where it needs to be, and when. A real coordinator will write back with options and a price you can build into a quotation.
