Engineering-led freight planning
A project shipment is a study, not a booking.
Before a generator or a refinery vessel moves, our project desk produces a freight study: cargo manifest with weights and centres of gravity, route survey of the bridges and overpasses, JKR and police permit timeline, escort and pilot-car plan, crane and lift-rigging method, and the recommended ocean window.
From the project gate at Lumut, Pasir Gudang or Westports to the receiving site, we manage one continuous lift plan. Our staff have moved gas turbines for IPP projects in Pahang, transformers into the Kerian and Bekok substations, and prefabricated bridge sections to Sabah.

Route survey
Bridge load ratings, overhead-clearance audit and a turn-by-turn driveability map for the inland leg.
Permit pack
JKR special permit, PDRM escort, MOT abnormal-load authorisation, and any state-level approvals.
Lift method
Crane selection, rigging plan, lift-point analysis and the lift-on/lift-off sequence at the port.
Vessel chartering
Tween-decker, multi-purpose carrier or full-charter breakbulk, depending on weight and shipment count.
Customs & bond
Temporary import schemes, MITI approvals, and bonded staging for cargo awaiting site readiness.
HSE & warranty
JSA, lift-plan sign-off, and coordination with project-cargo warranty surveyors.

Bekok substation — 90 t transformer
Imported via flat-rack into Pasir Gudang, road-moved to the substation through a JKR-coordinated overnight closure of the federal road.
Sabah bridge — pre-cast segments
Twenty-eight pre-cast bridge segments out of Kuantan Port via partial-charter breakbulk to Kota Kinabalu, with shore-to-site barge handover.
Penang fab — clean-room modules
Time-critical airlift on a chartered freighter from Frankfurt into Penang, followed by an escorted overnight move to the wafer fab.
Pahang mining — crusher relocation
In-country relocation of a primary crusher with disassembly, marking, transport and reassembly at the new pit edge.
Kerian onshore — wind blades
Six 62-metre wind blades discharged at Penang, blade-trailer convoyed inland under PDRM escort and JKR special permit.
