We do our best to keep service descriptions, transit times, and lane lists accurate. They are illustrative — actual rates, sailing schedules and transit times are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding rate or a service guarantee.
3. Engaging us for freight services
Freight forwarding, customs brokerage, project cargo handling and warehousing are provided under our separate Standard Trading Conditions, which closely follow the Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarders' published trading conditions. A copy is shared with every quotation, and a signed acceptance is required before a booking is confirmed.
4. Intellectual property
The Alpinyx name and logo, the website design, photography (other than stock or imagery for which we hold a licence), and the original text on this site are owned by Alpinyx Logistics Sdn Bhd. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use these materials commercially without our written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit deliberately false freight enquiries or test our coordinator queue.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior agreement.
- Send any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or contains malicious code.
- Scrape the site at a rate that constitutes denial of service.

The site occasionally links to third-party resources — carrier schedules, customs authority pages, industry bodies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
