Our ocean desk books FCL on direct-call and feeder services through Westports, Northport, Penang and Tanjung Pelepas. For LCL we run weekly consolidations to the major ASEAN, North Asia, Middle East, European and US ports — issuing a single Master B/L and individual House B/Ls per shipper.

We carry reefer-trained planners (Cool Carriage Code, 22nd edition), and our DGR-qualified staff handle IMDG declaration, segregation and acceptance through the carriers' DG systems. For oversize that does not fit a standard box, we coordinate flat-rack, open-top and breakbulk lifts through our project desk.

Equipment availability tracking

We monitor empty container positioning at Westports and Northport, so we know whether to commit to the carrier offering the better rate or the one with available kit.

VGM & SI cut-off discipline

Shipping Instruction and Verified Gross Mass filed before cut-off, with a backup window for last-minute scale weights.

Demurrage & detention monitoring

We track free-time on each box and flag the moment additional charges begin to accrue, so you can plan return or unstuffing.

Reefer pre-trip inspection

For temperature-sensitive cargo we insist on a documented PTI ahead of stuffing and a temperature download on discharge.

Carrier-neutral routing

We compare three carrier options per shipment and recommend the routing that best fits transit, free-time and Incoterm — not loyalty rebate.

Documentary & LC handling

For letter-of-credit shipments we prepare B/L drafts, certificates and inspection reports to the LC wording — not the standard template.
